Keith’s first day in estate agency was when Margaret Thatcher was elected prime minister some 40+ years ago and he hasn’t looked back. He rapidly rose through the profession, becoming a Regional Director at Countrywide plc in the 1990’s, running companies across the south of England.
Keith moved to the Isle of Wight 20 years ago as MD of Watson Bull & Porter and subsequently became MD of Pittis in 2002. After a spell running his own property development company Keith fulfilled his ambition to run his own estate agency by starting Trigg & Co with Alan in 2013 before the two partners expanded into land acquisition via IOW Developments. Keith has a simple business philosophy “exceptional customer service, delivering results and bringing fresh ideas to the Island property market.
